Play gives children a chance to practice what they are learning.
Playgroup CovidSafe Plan
We need your co-operation in keeping everyone safe and preventing the spread of all illnesses. Even a common cold can be disruptive during this pandemic.
To keep everyone as safe as possible, the following has been put in place:
Do not attend playgroup if you or a member of your household has had COVID-19 symptoms in the past five days.
Everyone must use hand sanitiser when you arrive and during the session.
You must register using the VicHealth QR code at the front door. A backup paper registration will be available.
Please BYO food. There will be no shared food provided. Tea and coffee will be available. It is advisable to bring you to own "keep cup" to use. Please wash any hall cups, plates and cutlery you use.
Please wear a mask if you cannot maintain social distancing. Spread out and use the whole facility.
After each session, all the toys, furniture and touch points (life doors) will be cleaned down. Please stay and help with this process.
Playgroup brings young children, parents, carers and communities together to learn and develop through informal play activities and social interaction. It also helps parents and caregivers build social and support networks that encourage and assist them in their valuable parenting role.
